This week we’ve focused on sleep 😴 Tutor Groups have provided tips to improve sleep…other than counting sheep. Have a look at our suggestions! All pupils have also completed sleep diaries each morning & we’ve had daily sleep facts on tannoy🛌 #sleep #teensleep #mentalhealth
