Billionaires don't wake up at 5am. Bus drivers, teachers, nurses, service workers, etc wake up at 5am. Billionaires wake up whenever they want because their wealth doesn't come from their own labor. It comes from the labor of people who will never be billionaires.

Signed back on twitter entirely to say: don’t skip the show. See your favorite bands, and see the bands that you kinda like. I skipped on a chance to see Adebisi Shank live in like 2011 and it will haunt me forever. Walking around Dublin listening to them made me emotional

Also, support your scene. It goes without saying that the pandemic decimated a lot of small venues, and they need you to show up and buy a beer and a ticket and enjoy yourself. Maybe you’ll find a new band you like. Nothing new in what I said here.
