Making /growing things makes me so happy and I’m so glad I started growing mushrooms this year. Lions mane, matcha, 🥥water, oil of oregano, cardamom powder, a drizzle of blue agave, and lime/key lime juice is my AM fav. Shake shake over 🧊 and enjoy the FOCUS.

I’ll always be a coffee lover, but the matcha mushroom mix feels so much better to me. No hard crash and the energy translates to focus rather than just kinda being hype all over lol.
