Great to see this bill being introduced by Jennifer Whitmore TD yesterday. Sprat are a key food source for much of our marine wildlife🐳🐬🦭 Yet it has been fished intensively without a quota or plan. A moratorium is needed to collect & process the data to support a sustainable quota.
