The way we’ve defined monopolies, the way we view what “competition” is, and how little our government understands tech are all contributing to these issues. In my opinion: If your payment processor can’t compete with a 3rd parties on your own platform, that’s your own fault.

Remembering the time Canvas by Instructure where we crashed Blackboard #bbworld11 conference in Vegas at the Venetian. Booked the bar right in the same hallway as their event and held a party for their customers. One of my favorite t-shirts we gave out to their customers.
