Finished the first draft of our project proposal today! Still awaiting gov't approval for the land purchase.

Our land purchase was approved today - woo hoo! Just a few more steps to finish the closing now.

Today we received our landholder's permit! Once the sellers receive their permit, we can finish this closing.

Got word that the delay with the other party's permit is due to upcoming elections. Hopefully we'll see movement in October.
