If you think abuse is "very rare" in academia then this most likely means none of the students trust you enough to tell you about it.

The Canadian leg of my recent flight required passengers to wear masks and they did. The US leg of the same trip (with many of the same ppl) did not require it and most didn’t. Reject the notion that public health must bend to what people will do anyway. It can lead.
