The classic NZ thing will still happen though. The ferries will reach the end of their life in two years, the Govt will realise the only way to get new ferries is to buy new ferries & rebuild the docks, they’ll make that call due to the 2026 election. And it’ll cost $4billion.

Will roads cut cancer out of you? Will roads provide critical care to you in ICU? Will roads improve water infrastructure? Will roads help you combat the cost of living? Will roads teach your kids? Will roads care for your grandparents in the community? We need so much. Not roads

Incredible to see the news that climate change protestors have been sentenced to years in prison on the same morning where entire towns are disappearing or underwater from floods, a kind of event that’s becoming more and more normal

Funny how Winston says Wellington is being destroyed, when Tory Whanau has put way more $$ into water & actually far less into cycleways, than Winston’s own MP did as Mayor. I mean Andy also lit up council buildings with trans colours so I guess he does whatever for politics.

You will be shocked to see the apparently “apolitical” Vision for Wellington working with Minister Brown and PM to undermine democratically elected Wellington City Council.
