#Inclusivity is so important and needs to be taken into account during the design process of buildings and spaces. For this reason, we've supported the creation of this guidance around Inclusive Design for Structural Engineers. #Engineering #BuiltEnvironment

What does a high-performance environment look like? Relentless work ethic, high expectations and standards, excellence, optimization, accountability? Maybe...it's simpler: Fun. How two elite teams emphasize "happiness" & being "joyfully deliberate": thegrowtheq.com/to-perform-bet

Trying to rush development is like forcing a sapling to grow faster by pulling on it. It might feel like you are doing something. The tree might appear to get a little taller. Hut in reality, you've either ruined its roots or damaged it. Patience. Don't rush development.

This is interesting. Having been a goalie, and thinking about work decisions, absolutely we tend to take action rather than wait/ stay.

This is massive Supreme Court rules WCs can sued for nuisance or trespass for dumping sewage even if “There has been no negligence or deliberate misconduct”, by the WC That opens the way for 1,000s of claims by fishing clubs, swimmers, riparian owners against WCs. WOW just WOW!

So much of our focus in trying to spread improvements is in "explicit" knowledge: toolkits, good practice databases, standardised pathways etc. Most of the content that AI repurposes from online resources is explicit knowledge. Yet the biggest opportunities are in "tacit"

Sport, excellence, work and achieving the results you want sometimes need a difficult decision. Stopping, going back can hurt. But it gives you knowledge to make a different choice, for a different outcome.

There were at least 180 publicly out #LGBTQ athletes at the last #Olympics . If #TeamLGBTQ had been a nation they would have won 11 đŸ„‡ 12 đŸ„ˆ 9 đŸ„‰ And placed 7th overall. Every LGBTQ kid who was told they couldn’t compete should know - we can be champions! #Paris2024

The Nike ad gets greatness wrong. It falls for a social media version of greatness... looking good to a few, but failing in the real world. What works in the actual arena isn't a maniacal selfish, blinding obsession: thegrowtheq.com/why-nikes-olym

Longing to be near the sea atm but making this arrangement took the edge off slightly. I design my photos to dial down anxiety & lift your mood slightly-much needed on here right now. Spend a few seconds focussing on the colours, patterns & details if you’re strung out:

My followers are crashing... Because people are leaving this place? Because the algorithm is working against me? Because this site is blocking people from following me (that's already happened)? Please help me reach out to followers I've lost by RTing. And let's try to keep this

Our national Census should count every one of us, properly. But we still don’t know how many LGBTIQ+ people there are in Australia. Join the campaign, calling on the ABS and Albanese Government to #CountUsIn2026? equalityaustralia.org.au/countusin2026/

John Ford I don’t look at men’s WRs & think they’ve pushed the boundaries of human capabilities. I think they’ve pushed the boundaries of *male* ability. I’m more interested in women’s WRs cos they show what people with *female* bodies can achieve. It’s inspiring for 51% of the population.

Twitter, I’m losing followers hand over fist. Still just about hanging on in here - please help me find my old followers - if they’re still here - if you can, by RTing.
