Happy Pancake Tuesday! 2 little helpers in the kitchen. These ones were gluten free and dairy free (we used Alpro unsweetened oat milk. Toppings were mixed berry compote, lemon and honey (plus nutella and natural yogurt for the ones who wanted dairy!). All eaten and delicious.

It’s a soup kind of day! Still one of the best appliances - the Morphy Richards soup maker! Throw in your veg, a gf stock cube, some water & press go. Takes 21mins. This is a mixed veg soup. Lovely and tasty and heats you up with that miserable weather outside!
