Kasa is one of 2 restaurants opening this summer in the Pappilon building. Think cool vibes, local feel, fusion flavor. They'll have an elevated outdoor patio with a view of Riverfront Park (see below.) Juli (Head Chef & owner) was a previous co-owner at Downriver Grill.
