KDG using the barred percussion instruments to retell the story “Mortimer” by Robert Munsch. They go up and down the “stairs” and try to get Mortimer to STOP singing in bed. It doesn’t work and he keeps singing... but that means we can go up and down the stairs/instruments again!

We love playing our ukuleles in 4th and 5th grade but are serious about hygiene. We use hand sanitizer before and after and the ukes are cleaned frequently. Thanks to parents who donate Lysol wipes to the music room! They keep instruments, mallets, and surfaces clean!
