At 7:11 PM Weston Fire along with Weston EMS and PD were dispatched to Valley Forge Road for a motor vehicle accident. Arriving personnel found a single car motor vehicle accident which had rolled down an embankment. One person evaluated by Weston Volunteer EMS

Weston Fire Department will be utilzing the Aspetuck Valley Country Club for a training exercise this evening. As a result there will be a large Fire Department presence in the area, however, there is no cause for concern.

Lyons Plain Road is currently closed in the area of #89 due to a tree down across the roadway.

High Fire Danger Today, especially from 7:00AM-7:00PM due to increased winds.

Weston Fire personnel are currently on scene of a Brush/Structure Fire on High Noon Road. The fire is contained and there is no danger to the public. Please avoid the area. Press release to follow.
