Firefighters beat the heat in more ways than one yesterday! Just as they were heading to our pop-up event, they were called to a field fire. Thanks to their quick action, the fields and the kids were kept safe and cool. Kudos to our team for always stepping up no matter what!

Removal of the burn ban DOES NOT mean fireworks are allowed this long weekend. Fireworks are only permitted in #WestLincoln on Victoria Day, Canada Day and the 2 days before and after. Complying with By-laws is always required-it's especially important as conditions remain dry.
