Sunday in Costa Rica, we worked hard all morning on a playground and then joined the local community for their Sunday bingo game. #PuraVida #Bingo

After a hard day of work we got back to camp for dance lessons. Latin vibes and great fun had by all. We even went out for dinner in a caterpillar! Rural Costa Rica is certainly surprising us! #PuraVida

We had our final day at Camp Amistad in rural Costa Rica. We finished concrete works on a playground. Tomorrow it's back to the beach for a night before we head to Camp Salitre for our final week. All looking forward to a night in a proper bed and a hot shower! #PuraVida

We also played football against some local children. It was a close game with a score of 5-4. Can you guess who won? #PuraVida

We've had quite a time immersing ourselves among the indigenous Bribri people of Costa Rica. #PuraVida

Costa Rica trip is inbound. We have left our remote camp and are making our way to the capital, San Jose. Hope to arrive at Heathrow at 6.35am on Thursday morning. Very rough ETA at Westholme is between 1-2pm. Students will update parents and ETA posted on here.

Our last night in camp saw us reflecting on our time in Costa Rica. There was laughter and tears. I am so proud of every student in how they have developed, overcoming fears and difficulties. They are all a credit to themselves and Westholme. Mr. B.
