Really Delta? I've tried online chat, text an agent, callback service... and after 8 hours of trying, I am on HOLD FOR 2 more hours waiting to talk to cst srv about a hotel reimb. due to diverted flight last week. Total nightmare! And I'm Platinum? Thx for the service! NOT!!!
