Today I met with the Financial Conduct Authority to discuss the importance of Access to Cash. I showed them were some of the branches in Cupar are now, and where they had historically been but have now closed.

Yesterday on #PoliticsLive I spoke about a 10 week pilot being run of a 12 hour school day. Children begin school at an optional breakfast club, then after the usual school day take part in a range of activities, complete their homework and then have a meal together.

On Wednesday I met with representatives from Takeda for the launch of their campaign 'I Am Number Seventeen', which aims to elevate care for rare diseases by highlighting the fact that 1 in 17 people have a rare disease.

Good to hear Wendy Chamberlain MP highlighting that despite the vital work they do, many farmers are struggling to make ends meet in this Westminster Hall debate.

62% of people want more intervention to ensure farmers are treated fairly.

Today I asked the Government why they still haven't implemented the ministerial deed to make ministers legally commit to the Business Appointment Rules.

The rules prevent former civil servants and ministers from profiting from their knowledge and contacts within the Government.
