Matt Maddock We are paying more for car insurance and getting less. The in-home healthcare after a car accident is no longer available in Michigan. You have to go to rehab facility. My elderly Mom was terrified going to the rehab facility after her car accident. (My Dad died while driving.)

This is a huge win. A rare occasion when insurance companies and consumers positions align, for different reasons, but nonetheless a very positive outcome. These benefits are crucial for those with catastrophic injuries, and this decision sets a strong precedent for the future.
