Ethereum Community Foundation（ECF）是以太坊新组织，跟不作为的EF老基金会不一样。 7月2日在法国戛纳的EthCC会议上刚成立，牵头人是ETH核心开发者Zak Cole。 在成立典礼上他表示：“我们不搞 VC，不搞代币，目标就是燃烧 ETH，把它送到 1万美元。”
