You might want to re-think promoting TopCashback Support, Martin Lewis. They appear to treat customers differently, depending on the amount of cashback. I’ve been waiting since January for my cashback with Hotels.com UK yet my wife was paid out after a stay only two weeks ago.

If you return an item to FRASERS that ‘goes missing’ they will tell you to take it up with the postal agent, in this case InPost UK. InPost will then tell you to take it up with FRASERS because you purchased the return label from them. Retailer 1 Customer 0.

It gets worse. FRASERS will close down its customer service portal on here, X, and will direct you to its website, which will only allow you to speak to an AI bot.

Just received a call from Frasers Client Customer Care about a returns dispute. This after FRASERS told me they were ceasing comms on X. Felt very dodgy, especially when asked to complete a returns request that had no mention of Frasers in the link. Immediately blocked.
