12 years ago today was a day that changed my future. April 27, 2011 - the devastating tornado outbreak. I worked in the disaster zone of 5 of the tornadoes while at GEMA/HS . Ultimately, this event led me to meet a spontaneous volunteer who would, one day, become my wife.
