What a beautiful view. A sun pillar formed at sunrise this morning. They are formed at sunset or sunrise when ice crystals fall from the sky reflecting the sun's rays off them. #OHwx

Last night we issued a marine weather statement warning people to stay off the ice on Lake Erie. Winds were expected to increase today and tomorrow. Ice broke free from the shore. Stay off the ice. People were rescued from the ice as the crack formed just north of Cleveland.

Two earthquakes in one day today. One hit at 353 AM this morning with a reading of 2.1 and second hit at 110 PM reading 2.5. Both in the same area as a couple weeks ago under the lake off Eastlake.
