Cozy winter evenings at The Hideaway. Bedroom 1 starts with an insanely comfortable mattress. It’s a hybrid medium/firm with a combination of individually wrapped pocket springs and memory foam that molds to your body. Then we add tons of Casper pillows (down and memory foam).

Tall vaulted ceilings and plenty of sunshine. Even in the winter, the living room at The Hideaway is bright and inviting. You’ll find a cozy couch, lounge chairs, poufs, tons of pillows and throw blankets, and of course an HD smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime ready to go.

Both bedrooms at The Hideaway come with an open bamboo wardrobe. We include hangers, plenty of plush cotton towels, a Google Nest Mini for music, and plenty of space for whatever you bring. It’s important to stay organized, even on vacation!

Instead of building one workspace at The Hideaway, we built two✏️✏️. Perfect for couples, friends, or colleagues who need to get some work done. Two desks are better than one.

The fireplace at The Hideaway is surrounded by a cozy reading nook on each side. On the bookshelves, we have curated two separate libraries of books: the top 25 books of all time on Goodreads and the past 25 years of The Pulitzer Prizes winning books for distinguished fiction. 📖

Welcome to The Hideaway, a newly renovated luxury 2 bedroom cottage that’s walking distance from Balm Beach, Georgian Bay. This family friendly cottage is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation and is packed with amenities.

We made sure that bedroom 2 at The Hideaway is perfect for families. A sturdy bunk bed, made in Canada, with a Full size mattress on the bottom (slightly smaller than Queen, still great for 2 adults) and a Twin on the top.

We designed the living room at The Hideaway with yoga in mind. There’s plenty of space in front of the fireplace for yoga mats, and we have included mats and blocks from our friends at @shophalfmoon 🙏🏼

We built a stone fire pit right next to the sauna to complete your private backyard sanctuary. Heat the sauna up, light a fire and hope for a snow storm. ❄️ Note: 4 adult and 2 kiddie sized Muskoka Chairs.

We put a lot of thought into bedside tables at The Hideaway. Form has to follow function. Every guest has their own bedside table with space to put things, and their own power outlet from conwayelectric to plug gadgets in.

Families with babies and children of all ages are welcome at The Hideaway. In addition to the Pack n’ Play, high chair, baby bathtub, change table, and kiddie safety measures , we also have a selection of books and toys for our little guests. 🧸

An open kitchen and breakfast bar at The Hideaway. Many say the kitchen is the heart of a home, so we designed ours bright and in the middle of everything. 🤍

Soap is always included. We rotate high end soap products for the most luxurious showers. Right now we are featuring shampoo, conditioner and body wash from one of our favourites Aesop 🧼 Shower caddy from our friends at Ace Hotel Shop

We wanted to give guests at The Hideaway the option for casual cottage dining or high end. Whether you want BBQ hotdogs served on paper towels or if you prefer a multi-course wine fuelled meal, we’ve got you covered.

Bunk beds aren’t just practical for families, they’re fun, too! Full on the bottom, Twin on top. Both super comfy OptiCool gel foam mattresses with luxurious sheets and duvet plus Casper down and memory foam pillows. 📸 Candace Alongi

The living room at The Hideaway has a tall cathedral ceiling with whitewashed board and batten walls. If you don’t want to do yoga in front of the fireplace (highly recommended!) you can always put a class on TV and follow along.

The kitchen at The Hideaway is built for form and function. A brand new Smeg refrigerator and Whirlpool range are two highlights. But we have also included all the appliances, tools, gadgets and gizmos you may need to cook a beautiful cottage meal.

We take coffee seriously at The Hideaway. If you need an instant caffeine fix in the morning, we have included a Keurig machine with a few pods to get you going. There’s also a French Press if you prefer it the old fashioned way. ☕️
