For the 2020-2021 Winter session, our eTextbooks are being used in EDT 349, GEO 103, and MDC 323. They eliminated a total of $6,464 in textbook costs for the 77 students in those courses. Stay tuned: two new eTextbooks are being rolled out in Spring 2021!

Congratulations to Martin Dallago, who rolled out his new eTextbook "A Guide to Stage Management at West Chester University” to 36 students in THA 200 this Spring! It replaced a $21 textbook, saving his students $756.

For the Spring 2021 semester, our eTextbooks are being used by 445 students in 22 sections of 12 courses, saving them $9,582. Since Fall 2018, eTextbooks from this initiative have been used by 2,029 students in 97 sections of 57 courses, eliminating $79,483 in textbook costs.

For WCU's Summer 2021 sessions, our eTextbooks are being used by 100 students in 5 sections of 4 courses, saving them $11,321. Since Fall 2018, this initiative's eTextbooks have been used by 2,129 students in 102 sections of 61 courses, eliminating $90,795 in textbook costs.

This Fall, our eTextbooks are being used by 358 WCU students in 17 sections of 11 courses, saving them $9,010. Since Fall 2018, this initiative’s eTextbooks have been used by 2,487 students in 119 sections of 72 courses, eliminating $99,805 in textbook costs.

During the recent Winter session, this initiative surpassed two major milestones: making free eTextbooks available to 2,500 West Chester University students and eliminating $100,000 in textbook costs. Our thanks to everyone involved in this project since 2017, and more books are on the way!

This past Spring semester, our eTextbooks were used by 301 students in 15 sections of 7 courses, saving them $6,139. Since Fall 2018, this initiative's eTextbooks have been used by 2,819 students in 136 sections of 81 courses, eliminating $109,723 in textbook costs.
