Just looking at #fibromyalgia and #cfs profiles here and it still amazes me how many sufferers had to retire from nursing, you can add me to the list too.

I'm described as a 'high functioning' autistic which is a foolish label. Sure, I've been to university twice, held down a job for a bit and work as a freelancer but I can't maintain friendships, relationships, take care of my home or my self well at all. #actuallyautistic

So last night I had my first bath with epsom salts and omg, I haven't had such little pain and stiffness in a very long time (shame the chronic fatigue has decided to replace it). So yeah, if you struggle with joint and muscle pain give it a go! #EDS #CFS #Fibro #epsomsalts
