Hey Premium. As a paying customer, I expect a little customer service...I can't see to get any help by reaching out on the App. How do I reach someone that can help me with technical issues with my account?!

This is my business account. I originally reached out on Oct 2. They take days to respond and then send generic bot responses. 8 days later and I am still waiting for help. Hey Elon Musk maybe you need to hire some people back to help with support...

Premium Too bad you don't get technical support with premium. Been 8 days and I am still waiting for assistance. You get us to pay for premium and then ignore us. Premium has been a terrible experience so far.
