The fact that schools which have consistently struggled to improve have also struggled to recruit staff and had high levels of turnover. This should come as a wake-up call to this Government over its failed approach to the teaching profession. #OfstedAr17

Finally nearing the end of first semester and I am starting to feel a lot more able and positive 🤗 have truly settled in to my placement and must be said I love it

I have finally lost the plot with marking and created/using Jack Sparrow stickers for when I have now idea what they are talking about

So I got a new phone and had my apps automatically download again, failed to notice my Twitter wasn’t automatically logged in like other apps. Did wonder about the lack of notifications, lol. 🤦‍♀️ Probably sums up how hectic this term has been!

In more positive news, I had a student ask to come and finish their maths work at lunchtime as they enjoyed the task so much in lesson... Despite starting the lesson literally screaming at present staff that they ‘couldn’t do maths’. See below for TA and I’s reaction 😂
