It would be nice to have more than just the numbers. Give us more transparency. & why did you not get additional linemen to come help? Money will not help when people are dying because of this. Please stop being so dang cheap knowing you’ll raise our bills to cover it anyways. 🙄

More were sent to Nashville? Then why are so many linemen saying they were turned away when they obviously wanted to come help get things restored? 🤔 also, 200 crews is just not enough. At all. & why is the NES Board just now meeting to discuss these issues?

I received one of these messages myself. As did many of my neighbors. Yet we’re almost at 72 hours w/o power. & getting different responses from Nashville Electric Service reps on the state of our subdivisions outage. It’d be nice if there was more transparency but also alignment from reps.
