Extremely happy to see Barbara Loden’s Wanda at No.48 in the Sight and Sound magazine 2022 Greatest Films of All Time Poll! And of course the poll-topper from Chantal Akerman that we screened at our first festival 💙❤️💛

This must be Wanda’s first appearance in the list. The story of this film’s return from obscurity is fascinating. The original rolls were rescued from a closing lab in 2007 by Ross Lipman who restored the film criterion.com/current/posts/…
