My remarks on Embu County's preparedness to combat Covid-19 pandemic.

I have received a donation of PPE from Equity Bank Chief Commercial Officer Polycarp Igathe in partnership with Equity Grou Foundation. The donation will help the county in the fight against the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic.

I paid a courtesy call to Kenya Film Commission CEO, Timothy Owase to discuss areas of mutual interest, promotion of film & the creative industry in Embu County. Our meeting sought to forge a strategic partnership aimed at empowering the youth to tell our own authentic stories.

On Thursday I opened a 3-day induction for Senior Management Staff at the Pride Inn Paradise Hotel, Mombasa. The training is aimed at increasing efficiency and effectiveness in the operations at the County.

Pres.;State Dept for Devolution we hosted newly elected Council of Governors Chair Gov Governor Martin Wambora and his team who were on a courtesy call. We discussed diverse issues aimed at strengthening devolution and intergovernmental relations
