Some info about tomorrow: The traditional folk festival runs 1-4pm. Access to that and Preston Park Museum is free with a #WalledGardenFest ticket.

From 4pm there will be pop up performances on the cobbled Victorian street. The Walled Garden opens at 5pm. Last band will finish by 10.30pm

Tickets can be purchased on the door for £8. Advance tickets will be exchanged for a festival wristband at the entrance to the museum.

The event is suitable for all ages and under 5s can get in free. The site is fully accessible for people with disabilities.

Parking will be available but is limited. Bus from Newcastle, leaving central station at 4pm has 3 spaces left - contact us to reserve one.

A hog roast (plus veggie options) will be available, and some gorgeous cakes courtesy of Teasy Does It There will also be a bar on site.

You can bring your own picnics but no alcohol can be brought onto the site. Don't worry, our bar will be well stocked.

Finally, the weather for tomorrow looks quite good but there is a chance of some light rain so please come prepared for both sun and rain!
