Somewhat wild day yesterday in Coire Sputan Dearg looking at this years montane willow planting sites. Lochan Uaine was looking a bit intimidating in the murky light with the winter ice now breaking up.

Blowin' a hoolie today so stayed low for our walk to #SlagganBay north of #MellonCharles ... And had the beautiful beach to ourselves.
Really windy day so stayed low with a walk from Aviemore to Kingussie on the Speyside Way. Took a detour for the fabulous view over the Uath Lochans from Farleitter Crag. Ruthven Barracks also looking majestic. walkhighlands #walkclimbski
