Only in Nigeria will banks apply black market exchange rate against you. What a major fraud & I don't know what the hell the CBN is doing.

If there is no parallel market, why is GTB charging it's customers rates that are NOT in conformity with CBN's published exchange rate?

Shouldn't have run away from money and exchange rate classes. Now this Nigeria situation is just confusing me
