Hello, I was red-bearded a few months ago due to "ban evasion," but I feel like this ban was unjust. The series of events went as follows: August 10th: I have two accounts, a main account PnDaLeader and an alt account pnda is dumb. On this day, I was doing my insider hour for-

my alt account "pnda is dumb." After an hour had passed, I hadn't received any notification in-game telling me that I had completed my hour for that week. I checked on the website and noticed that I was banned. So, I went to double-check on my Xbox, and because I had forgotten-

I was on my alt at the time, it logged me into the game on my alt. I logged out straight away; I never set sail or anything due to the risk of being red-bearded for ban evading. August 13th: On this day, my yellowbeard status was lifted. I played for 4 to 6 hours with no issues

and then I logged off and went to bed. August 14th: I logged onto my Xbox to play Sea of Thieves and noticed that I was red-bearded. Obviously confused about what I had done, I created a ticket on the website. They advised me that I was ban evading. Instantly, I pieced together

that the few seconds I was logged into my alt account and doing insiders had triggered a system into thinking I was purposely ban evading. However, this is definitely not the case. I tried my best to prove to the agent I was dealing with that I didn't purposely evade my ban. At

that time, I was logged into my alt account on insiders and, forgetting that I was still logged in, it logged me into retail on my alt. Lastly, I understand that I was yellow-bearded, and I never disputed this with anyone. However, I do think the red-bearding was unjust. I like

Sea of Thieves to evade a 3-day ban. I have 8,000 hours across 2 accounts and achieved 4 gold curses in Hourglass, all of which took a considerable amount of time. All I ask is if you or someone else can reevaluate my red beard by checking my login times to confirm that I wasn't
