I remember the amount of choices that I would make that would surround getting weed. "C gets said he'd meet up at 5 if I go now I can get my Homework done just in time" "Target is about 20 min from here I wonder if there's a dispensary on the way" Not a good way to live.

You can come up with 100 reasons why you want to stop smoking, but if there's no emotion behind it, you might as well have no reason. You need to find that big reason to not smoke anymore. 1 emotional reason > 100 logical reasons

When quitting it’s important to have a goal to be working on. You have to replace the previous dopamine (weed fueled) to a different dopamine source (achievement fueled). If not done asap you’ll feel boxed in and inevitably slide back your old habits.
