🤯 Towing laws will NOT change on the 15 November! 😱😱 In a very late in the day u-turn, the .GOV website was updated yesterday (11th) to say that the relaxation of the #TowingRules would NOT be implemented on the 15 November, and instead would be introduced at a later date. 🤨
