Honest opinion of early deck building for Set 9: every Ruby deck should look at Shifted Queen of Hearts. every Amethyst deck should look at Dumbo and 12 minimum evasives. every Emerald deck should look at Clarabelle. every Steel deck should look at Scar 5 and decent allies.

After one iteration of testing this is where I'm at so far with Imperial Proclamation Cogsworth Horned King Infinite. A few times I drew 20+ cards slamming cogs into my opponent. I think the Shere Khan version is better than the Shark one, lot of lore bursts from challenging.
