Our paper, co-authored with FabienCholet and Prof Cindy Smith is out doi.org/10.1128/aem.01…. This paper assesses the specificity and coverage of 65 intI1 primers, selecting three sets for quantifying intI1 gene abundance in Thai septic tank wastewater.
