🥼With our partner Action for Mothers and Children, we're conducting an 8 day training for nurses, doctors & social workers in Suhareka & Rahovec to develop skills related to the provision of home visiting services for 👶children aged 0-3 yrs &🤰pregnant women in 29 municipalities in Kosovo.

Happening now: Training of Trainers Throughout two days, the Home Visiting program trainers will be trained on “Protecting children from vaccine preventable disease and responsive feeding”.

Medical professionals from the municipalities of Viti, Kamenica, and Gjilan are attending the training “Infection Prevention and Control” delivered by Dr. Lul Raka.

Another group of medical professionals this time from the municipalities of Ferizaj, Kacanik and Hani i Elezit are attending the “Infection Prevention and Control” training delivered by Dr. Lul Raka.

Really enjoyed sharing Action for Mothers and Children’ #fundraising experience with the grassroots and community organisations in Kosovo. The most effective fundraisers are those whose actions and work come from an act of love ❤️

The 8-day training for the fourth group for health professionals has started.👨‍💼💻 This time, the training is taking place in Prizren municipality for the health professionals that will be trained for implementing Home Visits Program.

🩺Nurses of the Home Visiting Program from Dragash, Lipjan, Gjakova & Gjilan participated in a 2-day workshop using UPSHIFT techniques to unpack challenges and design solutions to improve the program. In the next months, they'll implement those solutions, strengthening the HVP.
