In 2002, in my book, I had divided the Dalit Leadership into 2 parts: Dependent and Independent Dalit Leadership. Independent Dalit leadership was started with Babasaheb, with an independent agenda. On sub-categorisation judgement independent leadership has taken a clear stand.
