Time for a purge and reset protocol: Castor oil: 2 tsp Oregano oil: 4-5 drops ParaShield (Clove, wormwood, ect): 2 droppers Methylene blue (optional): 1 dropper Lemons: 2 fresh Warm water: 150ml Drink on an empty stomach and stay close to a toilet
