There is more blossom in the orchards each day. Soon the trees will be covered in pink and white flowers! Share your pictures with us using the hashtag #BlossomWatch Photography by Michelle Kennelly

Bank holiday sunshine has treated us to the first blossom within Cotehele’s Mother Orchard. A few weeks until almost 200 trees full 🥰#BlossomWatch

We’ve created a new 11-hectare intertidal habitat at #Calstock on the Tamar. The new habitat will improve the area’s resilience to the changing climate & provide a richer environment for people and nature. #bluecarbon #naturebasedsolutions #floodprotection gov.uk/government/new…

It is St George’s Day. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿. Here is a local link at Cotehele on the Tamar river. This chapel was erected by Sir Richard Edgcumbe to St George in thanks for preservation as he escaped his enemies here in 1483. The Cotehele quayside & river paths are great for walks & local history

If you are enjoying the sight of the blossom, why not join us next weekend for a picnic under trees? You bring the food, we'll have the blankets!
