Tittesworth Reservoir is a really great place for walking with a choice of trails where you can walk all the way around the Reservoir. As well as the stunning views, there is so much wildlife to see and the site is really popular with nature lovers and bird watchers

I was also delighted to learn that local resident, Ed Daly, volunteers every Tuesday as a ranger with the Conservation Working Party Last summer, Tittesworth Reservoir hosted a fun day to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the raising of the Dam head

There is an outdoor play area for the children at Tittesworth Reservoir, the Waterview restaurant for something to eat and drink and the Peak Pursuits Water Sports centre where there is a range of activities on offer including canoeing, kayaking and raft building!

Late Spring is a wonderful time to visit 🌺 Proctor's Nursery 🌸, when the flowers and plants are in bloom and there is such a wonderful array of vibrant colours and greenery to see

At the time of writing this column, 🌺 Proctor's Nursery 🌸 are at the Chelsea Flower Show again with a display focusing on bee preservation, which I was fortunate enough to have a sneak peak of on a recent visit.
