Kudadhoo, the small uninhabited island connected to Kanditheemu. This islet is perfect for day picnics, stargazing at night. if you are an experienced surfer, hit the waves at the surf break located in the west end of the island. Eye See Visit Maldives #maldives #kanditheemu

So proud of Muhahmadhu Areesh & friends for the tireless work they are doing to promote their home island @visitkanditheemi & develop it sustainably. Much of the work such as these beautiful #treeshouse /viewing platform & solar lights around the island are all youth led projects.

The view from up here is just breathtaking. Can you pls not chop down these beautiful Banyan Trees!! This is how we can incorporate them in the built environment. Proof that you can build with nature. Much to learn from community led projects. #nofilter #shadesofblue #treehouse

It is a real shame that we are ruining these beautiful shorelines and nature in name of 'development'. We don't need concrete on our beaches. The stick and rope ladder + joali is a true vibe and very beach like isn't not?
