The PGMOL’s very own Howard Webb clearly explaining why Saliba touching the ball while clashing heads accidentally with Joao Pedro must be a penalty… …so why have the rules changed today for Arsenal playing away at Newcastle when Gyokeres got cleaned out?

So according to Webb it’s ‘good use of VAR’ because Pope got a touch on the ball but when Saliba got a good head on the ball before catching Joao Pedro he said ‘"That touch on the ball doesn't negate the possible award of a penalty’. It can’t be both. What a farce.

Rodri's deluded theory that referees are bent and discriminating against Man City is the dangerous fantasy of a loser. He should suck up the fact Arsenal might be better. The FA must slap him with a long ban, writes OLIVER HOLT trib.al/OzMTwHk
