Today, VJN FC officially started its training sessions in preparation for the 2025–2026 second division season. The training featured many new players from different regions who came for trials. The sessions were led by the coaches who finished last season with the team.

Coach Pacifique UWINEZA has been appointed as the head coach of Vision Jeunesse Nouvelle FC (VJN) for the 2025–2026 season, signing a one-year contract. Prior to this role, Pacifique UWINEZA was the coach of Ivoire Olympique, another second-division team.

In the tournament for children under the age of 13, VJN FC secured second place, following St. Jean Paul II Mbugangari, who took first place. Both teams will advance to the final stage, which will bring together the winners from other 4 districts. organized by Nkuriza Swaibu.

VJN FC U13, after finishing in second place at the district level, has now headed to Bugesera District where teams from other districts, including two from Rubavu , will continue the NKURIZA SWAIB tournament. The competition kicks off today, Saturday, and will run until Sunday.

Recently, at the Rubavu district level, VJN FC U-13 finished second in the tournament that brought together youth teams from Bugesera, Rwamagana, Musanze, Gasabo, Kayonza, and Rubavu. Overall, VJN FC U-13 secured third place in the competition,Congratulations to our Youth

VJN FC continues preparations for the new season. After playing a match against Marines FC, VJN FC is set to continue its friendly games, where this Thursday and Friday they will face teams from the neighboring country, the DRC. The matches will kick off at 1:30 PM at Umuganda.
