ssNMR is an awesome tool to understand electronic structure and reactivity of molecular catalysts. During my sabbatical, I was lucky to team w/Copéret Group / @coperetgroup.bsky.social to show that you can use ss 15N NMR as a predictive tool for M=NR reactivity! Now out in J. Am. Chem.
