❗️Great news! The judge presiding over our case - National Council of Nonprofits et al vs. Office of Management and Budget - GRANTED another Temporary Restraining Order against the admin’s ability to broadly halt federal grants and loans!! The DOJ’s motion to dismiss was DENIED.

Its gonna get a lot harder to fund disability research. It was ALREADY hard. I hope donors come out of the woodwork. It is so exhausting to be hyperaware of pervasive equity gaps. Over and over disabled academics and allies are denied the resources they need to close those gaps
