💥 I am thrilled to announce that Dictys (<δίκτυον), our tool to reconstruct dynamic GRNs from single cell multiomics data, is now published in Nature Methods ! A big thanks to Luca Pinello, Lingfei Wang , Daniel Bauer & Ting Wu for the enormous effort we put together on this!
