Jesus! Premier Inn ALWAYS been treated great by the hotel staff. 1 of UK’s great brands. BUT I have just been charged £400 for a booking I never received a confirmation for AND spent 2 hours trying to cancel. Small claims here we go. Grrr. Customer service SO rude..
